Job Title: Marketing and BD Intern Position Overview: As a Web3 Marketing and Business Development Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing and business development initiatives within the Web3 ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing and business development teams to execute strategic plans, engage with potential partners, and contribute to the growth of our company in this exciting industry. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Support: -Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products/services within the Web3 community. -Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels (Twitter , Facebook, etc.) -Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for optimization. -Collaborate with the design team to produce visually compelling marketing materials. Business Development: -Research and identify potential partners, clients, and opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem. -Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including blockchain projects, decentralized applications, and industry influencers. -Support the development of business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks. -Help coordinate meetings, calls, and events with prospective partners and clients. Market Analysis: -Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the Web3 space. -Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities. -Provide recommendations based on market insights to support strategic decision-making. Working hours 9:00am-6:00pm There will be a probationary window of at least 3 months, up to a maximum of 6 months. Assessments will be scheduled during the probationary window and suitable candidates will be offered full-time positions. Qualifications: -Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. -Passion for Web3 technology, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and decentralized finance (DeFi). -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Strong analytical and research abilities. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -Proficiency in English communication. -Proficiency in Chinese writing and speaking is a plus. -Prior experience or knowledge of Web3 concepts, such as blockchain technology, smart contracts, NFTs, etc., is required.
