【任职要求】 1.对Web3有热情，认可长期主义 2.本科及以上学历，有项目经验，英语可作为工作语言（听说优秀更佳） 3.熟悉并擅长海外社交媒体运营、营销运作，拥有丰富社区资源者优先 4.有Twitter、Discord等运营实操经验，运营过Web3相关社区优先 5.有交易/数据类平台经验优先（比如dex/debank/akrm等） 6.有基础图像/视频剪辑能力优先 [Requirements] 1.Passion for Web3 and a long-term perspective. 2.Bachelor's degree or above with project experience. English proficiency is desirable (excellent listening and speaking skills are a plus). 3.Familiarity and expertise in overseas social media operations and marketing, with a strong community network being a plus. 4.Experience in operating platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and other Web3-related communities is preferred. 5.Experience with trading/data platforms is a plus (e.g., dex/debank/akrm). 6.Basic image/video editing skills are preferred.
