About the Role Hey! MEXC is looking for a Business Development Manager for the German market. Responsibilities - Lead business growth in German markets, participate in generating growth strategy, and carry out the execution - Lead local fiat/new user growth and business development activities - Build relationships with local projects, KOLs, communities, and other potential partners - Explore new business ideas and strategic initiatives aligned to the road map of the company
Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in a business development role focusing on partnership and user growth - Strong knowledge of the German market - Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets - A resourceful self-starter and tenacious problem-solver, willing to roll up one’s sleeves to meet client needs and improve client experience - Passionate about the crypto industry - The detail-oriented, results-focused individual who can work with minimal supervision English and German speaker - Nice to Have - Mandarin language skills
