- Collaborate with the Head of BD to devise and execute strategic business development plans. - Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partnerships and collaboration opportunities. - Engage with potential partners, negotiate agreements, and manage relationships to ensure long-term success and alignment with our strategic goals. - Understand market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform business strategies. - Work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, product development, and technical support to align on business goals and strategies. - Represent Neon EVM at conferences, workshops, and industry events to promote our platform and establish industry relationships. - Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives against KPIs and objectives.

职位要求

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. - Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or a related role within the blockchain or technology sector. - Strong understanding of blockchain technology, Ethereum, and the cryptocurrency ecosystem. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to travel as required for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
