职位要求

- 有1年以上大厂客服经验,熟悉交易所产品。 - 具备较强的沟通协调能力,能够协调内外部资源处理用户投诉。 - 具备较强的学习能力和适应能力,持续学习并了解行业的最新发展,以提供准确的信息。 - 对 Web 3,金融知识,区块链行业有浓厚兴趣,有相关经验者优先。 - 具有团队合作精神,充满工作热情,人品正直诚实,能承受工作压力。 - 良好的中英文口语书写和沟通能力。 -接受两班倒 最晚需要支持到凌晨一点 - 要求能够迪拜坐班 - At least 1 year customer service experience in a large factory, familiar with exchange products. - strong communication and coordination skills, able to coordinate internal and external resources to deal with user complaints. - strong learning and adaptability, continuous learning and understanding of the latest developments in the industry to provide accurate information. - strong interest in Web 3, financial knowledge, blockchain industry, relevant experience is preferred. Team work spirit, passion, integrity and can work under pressure. - good command of written and Oral Chinese and English. - accept double shifts, support until 1 am at the latest, request to be able to work in Dubai
