Job Title: Token Review Manager Job Overview: HashKey Group is looking for a Token Review Analyst based in Hong Kong. This person will play an important role in the Token Admission Process for both security and non-security tokens by working on the analysis and review for potential listing and subsequent monitoring. The ideal candidate will demonstrate passion for the blockchain industry/regulatory development and have excellent analytical/ communication skills. Job Responsibilities and Duties: - In depth research, review and coordinate external/internal resources to perform due diligence on the Tokens (both security and non-security) for potential listing. - Reviewing, monitoring, and reporting of tokens made available on HashKey platform. - Reviewing, monitoring, and reporting on the latest blockchain industry development and regulatory requirements for virtual asset trading platforms globally and especially in Hong Kong. - Preparing updates and supporting information for communication with regulators. - Coordination and communication with projects and other service providers to achieve the task of token review in compliance with regulatory requirements. - Record keeping (including meeting minutes preparation) and documentation as part of the diligence process.
Job Requirements: - Education: Degree holder in any analytical discipline - Years of Experience: 2+ years (Preferably in analyst role in traditional or virtual asset industry. Understanding of the Hong Kong Securities Regulation is a plus.) - Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese - Sufficient understanding of traditional finance and blockchain/digital asset ecosystems - Good analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
