Community Manager & Content Creator -Create content for our social media platforms i.e. X, Substack, YouTube & LinkedIn -Creating lead magnets from existing & new content to increase adoption of our product offerings -Take ownership & grow the social media and community channels of X, Discord, Telegram, YouTube, Substack and LinkedIn -Being the main point of contact for member & non-member queries on all community channels -Work with key internal leaders to ensure communications are produced and sent on time and tracked for efficiency -Design, implement, and manage community engagement projects/programs to increase awareness and adoption -Track and report critical metrics pertaining to social media and website visits -Owning the design and development of the members' area and informing members when content has been added or updated -Video Editing & Graphic Design
-Relevant qualifications with at least two years of experience in a similar role -Organized, diligent, and can see both the details of a project as well as the larger picture -Knowledgeable about social media marketing and digital communications, with deep experience of standard methodologies -Audience-focused, with a strong understanding of supporter journeys, audience segmentation, and user engagement strategies -Prior experience in content creation across various platforms including tweets, articles, posters, announcements, short and long videos -A good collaborator, able to work both independently and as part of a team -Attention to detail, accuracy & excellent communication skills -Analytical skills; experience with or curiosity about using data to advise strategies -Ability to take ownership of the role and relating products Bonus optional skills: -Relevant web3, crypto, or DeFi experience
