Job Description: 1. Develop sales plans to achieve sales targets and develop phase-specific indicators and resource requirements for various tasks based on market conditions and company strategic goals. 2. Responsible for sales of all products related to the Web3 real estate fractionalization platform, both online and offline. 3. Responsible for expanding major clients and channel clients, establishing and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships with clients, understanding client needs, and providing customized solutions.
Requirements: 1. Possess experience in the crypto industry, understanding of crypto fundamentals, familiarity with Web3 industry sales logic, accumulation of industry channel resources, and familiarity with overseas Web3 market users. 2. Good English listening and speaking skills, able to fluently conduct business expansion in English. 3. Have more than 2 years of experience in sales to major clients or channel sales. 4. Have a certain understanding of the U.S. real estate market and capital market, understanding market trends, regulations, policies, tax implications, etc., and be able to clearly explain investment opportunities and potential risks to investors.
