职位描述

1. Spearhead the strategic acquisition of partners and drive the adoption of new tooling built through Safe{CORE} within Ethereum ecosystem teams. 2. Apply a systematic approach by conducting in-depth market analysis, assessing potential synergies, and leveraging comprehensive relationship management methodologies. 3. Build out partner profiles tailored for local markets, focusing on technical integrators and increasing adoption across verticals. 4. Leverage your extensive network in the Web3 community to spearhead adoption in the market and represent the team at international conferences and participate in technical forums. 5. Cultivate an in-depth understanding of smart account use cases within each vertical, employing your technical acumen to tailor partnership strategies that align with the unique needs and challenges of each sector. 6. Utilize your proficiency in market research tools, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making to identify, evaluate, and acquire partners aligned with our organizational objectives in Asia.

职位要求

1. Strong written and spoken English as well as Mandarin 2. Strong existing network within relevant circles (Web3, TradFi, investors and VCs) 3. Familiar with the Ethereum Ecosystem 4. High affinity towards highly technical concepts 5. Natural multitasker: Can handle many conversations in parallel and does not leave conversations unresolved; knows how to keep track of many conversations using a CRM system 6. Ability to align roadmaps with different internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Ecosystem) 7. Ability to set up strategies derived from the project-wide mission and objectives Nice to have: 1. Additional experience in working throughout Asia 2. South Korea, Japan and China are preferable 3. Experience in building and shaping a newly created team 4. Personal user of Web3 technologies 5. Familiar with Safe and has used Safe{Wallet}, ideally even Safe{Core} 6. A technical background would be advantageous 7. Worked in both a startup (for more than 1 year) and corporate environment (for more than 1 year) 8. Ideally strategy consulting such as MBB or in venture capital 9. Worked in BD / Partnerships for 3+ years and in Web3 for 1-2years
