Oversee the work of the finance team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Assist in managing the company's cash flow and capital structure to ensure financial stability.
Requirements: Based in Silicon Valley with a strong network of VC resources and connections in the Bay Area. Extensive experience in project financing, having successfully participated in and driven company financing activities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively communicating and negotiating with various stakeholders. Strategic thinking and leadership abilities to provide strategic guidance for the company's financial strategy. Strong team management skills, able to establish and lead an efficient finance team.
