Location: Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: - Lead the design of intuitive and user-centric solutions for our Web3 SaaS platform, focusing on optimizing user experience and interaction design. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide innovative, thoughtful solutions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. - Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business goals to continuously improve the product experience. - Advocate for UX best practices across the team and organization, contributing to a culture of design excellence and innovation.
Job Requirements: - A portfolio showcasing your experience in UI/UX design, particularly for internet products or Web3 platforms, with a focus on user experience and detailed interaction design. - At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong background in creating interfaces for internet or Web3 products. - Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and an understanding of the technical constraints and possibilities of web development. - Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with a global team. - A strong sense of ownership and a results-driven approach to design challenges. Nice to Have: - Experience in the SaaS product industry. - Background in working with or for large internet companies.
