That’s how our internal shipping process looks. Highly important to have experience working with UI kits/design systems. It’s okay if you detach components sometimes, but no way you don’t use auto-layouts :) - Graphic design. Working with marketing team, boost news and new feature annoucements with cool static and motion (not must, but a big plus) collaterals. Prepare images for the blog, events etc.
- Crypto Knowledge [ideal]: Understanding what DeFi is, the difference between DEX and CEX. - Experience: Proven experience as a product designer in startup, preferably crypto-related. - Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, friendly with describing your designs. - Consistent and creative approach: working within existing design systems and building cool stuff on top of it.
