Chinese Version 工作职责 - 处理平台上P2P交易产生的纠纷，支持用户/客户并解决他们的问题。 - 不断监测交易，调查和报告可疑活动 - 进行市场调查和竞品调研，了解用户的需求，找出产品改进的空间。 - 通过收集商户和用户的反馈意见，改进P2P功能。 - 充分利用用户数据和洞察力，为团队的发展和运营战略做出贡献。 - 准备有关业务发展的报告，包括市场比较分析，商业机会，建议等。 English Version Responsibilities - Handle disputes arising from P2P transactions on the platform and support users/clients with troubleshooting to resolve their issues. - Constant monitoring of transactions, investigating and reporting suspicious activities - Conduct market surveys and competitor reports to understand users’ needs and identify gaps in product improvements. - Improve P2P functionality by collecting feedback from merchants & users. - Leverage regional user data and insights to contribute to the team’s growth & ops strategies. - Prepare reports regarding business development, including market comparison analysis, business opportunities, recommendations, etc.
要求： - 本科或以上学历 - 至少有两年在加密货币行业中业务发展的相关经验 - 必须具备区块链、加密货币和P2P支付方面的知识 - 有激情，有主见，以执行为导向，独立，有天然的团队精神 - 出色的中英文书写和沟通能力 Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above - At least two years of relevant experience in business development and marketing roles in the crypto industry - Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a must - Passionate, ownership, execution-oriented, independent, and natural team player - Exceptional written and communication skills in English and Chinese
