Solutions Consultant (Presales Engineer) Job Description: Collaborate with Sales Teams: The pre-sales engineer works closely with the sales teams to provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle from qualification to onboarding. Discover Technical Requirements: The pre-sale engineer discovers the client’s technical requirements, and crafts out suitable solutions to meet the client's objectives. Bridge Sales and Engineering: Act as a liaison between the sales teams and product/engineer teams on client requirements and product roadmaps. Respond to Customer Requests: The pre-sales engineer handles customer requests for information or RFx, supplying technical details about proposed solutions.

职位要求

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration 3+ years experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, Solution Architect, or similar at a B2B SaaS organization. Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in REST APIs, drafting technical charts/documentations, and using developer tools. Financial services technology and/or Blockchain technology knowledge preferred Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities Positive, service-oriented personality Able to communicate fluently in English & Mandarin.
