1.Assist in developing and implementing the company's operational strategies and goals for the Turkey region to ensure the team meets expected performance. 2.Responsible for supervising and executing daily operational processes. 3.Collect, analyze, and report relevant data for performance evaluation and improvement planning. 4.Coordinate communication and collaboration between internal departments to ensure smooth information flow and timely feedback. 5.Assist in resolving issues and conflicts during the operational process to ensure the team's smooth operation. 6.Support leadership in completing other temporary tasks as assigned.
Location: Based in Turkey / Chinese-speaking Turkish nationals preferred 1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in management, marketing, or related fields. 2.Excellent communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively coordinate internal resources. 3.Proficient in office software such as the Microsoft Office suite, with basic data analysis skills. 4.Some project management experience, capable of effectively planning and executing tasks. 5.Strong sense of responsibility, able to handle work pressure and challenges. 6.Good learning and adaptability skills, able to quickly adapt to the company's work environment and culture.
