Role description (Chinese Community Manager) Plena Finance is looking for a Community Moderator fluent in Chinese and English to own and drive the development of our official Plena community channels. Responsibilities: -Drive positive experience through expert moderation and engagement on the China Community Telegram, Twitter, Discord, forums and other channels -Foster peer-to-peer engagement, while providing quality responses and community support -Translate and propagate all content from the English community to the Chinese community (tweets,blogs, community announcements) -Provide technical expertise in a way that is comprehensive yet easy to understand -Drive brand adoption and excitement among community members -Communicate and support Plena Ambassadors and influencers -Perform social media listening & sentiment analysis -Own the public facing regional communication across all channels -Activate the community towards business objectives, events, and support marketing efforts in the region -Encourage and facilitate community organization and initiatives -Identify, triage and escalate all regional inbound
-Fluent Chinese speaker -Proficient English speaker -2+ years of experience in moderating communities in the blockchain, crypto or DeFi space -Technical knowledge (plus) -Able to deliver based on short deadlines and multitask -This is a great time to join Plena Finance.
