Establish and foster long lasting relationships with customers, partners, and clients. 3. Scanning the web3 market for new partners and conducting end to end business development process from lead generation to close. 4. Qualifying existing business development opportunities and moving over the finish line. 5. Working with some of the leading RWAs, RaaS, and rollup projects in web3. 6. Conducting research on ways how to use Rome Protocol and creating processes and documentation.
1. At least 2 years of experience within web3/defi/crypto 2. Technical selling experience, preferably web3 backend solutions 3. Web3 native using DeFi protocols and web3 every day 4. Experience using CRMs 5. Track record of managing partners, closing deals, and overachieving your revenue goals 6. Comfortable in fast-paced environments and having ambitious targets 7. Well-organized with strong time management skills and a proactive personality 8. Bonus: Experience within web3 middleware/rollups/L2s
