Responsible for formulating test plans, analyzing strategies, designing test cases, executing tests, and assessing risks for blockchain product modules; independently ensuring the quality of product modules, including functionality, performance, security, compatibility, and automation. 2. Independently develop or select appropriate testing tools to improve individual and team efficiency. 3. Analyze problems in the project team's workflow practices, propose effective and feasible improvement measures, and promote their implementation.

职位要求

1. 本科及以上学历，熟练使用Rust或C++语言，熟悉常见的共识算法，例如HotStuff、rPBF、PBFT、DAG、DMC。 2. 有分布式服务经验，IM通讯、消息队列的相关经验优先。 3. 熟练常见的密码学知识，例如非对称加密、签名算法、SR25519、ED25519、AES。 4. 熟悉基本的Linux运维，以及git使用。 5. 自学能力强，沟通能力优秀，表达能力优秀，在规定时间内高效完成任务；有良好的代码习惯，要求结构清晰、命名规范、逻辑性强。 6. 熟悉Libp2p、IPFS、Substrate优先。 7. 有Web3工作经验优先。 8. 责任心强，积极主动，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力。 Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher, proficient in Rust or C++ programming languages, familiar with common consensus algorithms such as HotStuff, rPBF, PBFT, DAG, and DMC. 2. Experience with distributed services, with a preference for experience in IM communication and message queues. 3. Proficient in common cryptographic knowledge, such as asymmetric encryption, signature algorithms, SR25519, ED25519, and AES. 4. Familiar with basic Linux operations and the use of Git. 5. Strong self-learning ability, excellent communication and expression skills, capable of efficiently completing tasks within the stipulated time; good coding habits with clear structure, standardized naming, and strong logic. 6. Familiarity with Libp2p, IPFS, and Substrate is preferred. 7. Experience working in Web3 is preferred. 8. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
