Senior Product Manager, User Security Strategy - Enhance ATO risk strategy and controls to prevent unauthorized account access. Work with the Security engineering team to develop ATO tracking, analyze customer events, build detection rules, and develop key performance metrics. - Evaluate the balance between ATO risk detection, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit analyses to identify optimal strategies that enhance ATO risk prevention while maintaining a positive customer experience and efficient operations. - Identify suspicious activities and patterns, and conduct thorough investigations as needed.Use advanced analytical methodologies to make informed risk decisions, leveraging data to drive strategies and improvements in ATO risk prevention. - Develop cross-product ATO monitoring rule flows . Identify and evaluate third-party risk vendors to enhance transaction-level risk decision capabilities. - Foster a collaborative environment between Data Science , Risk Ops, Security Engineer , Customer Service, and Compliance teams to improve monitoring efficiency and effectiveness. - Partner with R&D to design, build, and maintain ATO risk detection and investigation tools.
- 6+ years experience in risk prevention and detection, preferably in the financial technology sector, with a strong focus on cybersecurity - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Math, Statistics, Operations Research), Master's degree preferred.. - Proven excellence in data literacy and analytical integrity, with the ability to leverage advanced analytical methodologies for fraud detection and prevention. - Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex data and risk insights to various stakeholders. - Bilingual in Mandarin and English Nice to Haves - Crypto or Fintech background is preferred - Machine learning or AI domain knowledge will be the adding points
