Senior Technical Product Manager, User Security - Lead the development and management of our cybersecurity products, ensuring they meet market needs and industry standards. - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with the company’s overall business objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, ops, and customer support, to ensure successful product development and launch. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. - Monitor and analyze product performance, using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation. - Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and customers, addressing any issues or concerns related to cybersecurity products. - Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and best practices to ensure our products remain cutting-edge and effective.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. - 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cybersecurity or IT security products. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and industry standards. - Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. - Proficiency in using product management and project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms. - Commitment to integrity, accountability, and delivering exceptional customer service. - Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP, are a plus.
