Responsibilities 1.Be responsible for the product visual design and quality. 2.Participate in product planning and research, be able to develop a high quality design style in the project, and form design guidelines and promote it within the team. 3.Sensitive to the product user experience, have a good understanding of product data indicators, based on the analysis to propose optimization solutions, and continue to improve the product experience. 4.Be able to explore the future development and design direction of the product, creative design for forward-looking products, and participate in the team's professional development and knowledge dissemination.
Requirements 1.Strong logical thinking ability, communication ability, driving ability and learning ability; 2.Strong internal drive, sense of responsibility, big heart, able to bear greater work pressure and work intensity, not picking up jobs; 3.Proficiency in written and spoken English as it can be used as a working language, Mandarin speaker will be mandatory. 4.Experience in back-end logic design and strategic product design; 5.Experience in derivatives is preferred;
