Job Description: Job Title: Business Development Representative Department: Marketing/Business Development Reports To: Head of Business Development/Sales Director Location: Remote (Asia preferred) Summary: We're seeking a results-oriented Business Development Representative to focus on our Launchpad and Dex service. This role involves nurturing existing client relationships, onboarding new launchpad/Dex customers, and actively pursuing expansion opportunities. Excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to understand the Defi process within the blockchain/cryptocurrency space are essential.

Key Responsibilities: - Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing launchpad customers, providing ongoing support and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. - Ambassador Program: Responsible for the Ambassador Program, including recruitment, training, and management of ambassadors. - Project Pitches: Pitch more projects to join the DEX, presenting the benefits and opportunities to potential clients. - AMA Participation: Host and participate as a speaker in AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions to engage with the community and promote our services. - KOL Network Building: Build and maintain a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to leverage their influence in promoting our services and expanding our reach. Job Requirements: - Fluency in English: Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as the primary working language. - Native Russian or Chinese Speaker: Strong preference for candidates who are native speakers of Russian or Chinese to expand our reach into those markets. - Experience Preference: Ideal candidates will have experience working in a public company or a crypto-focused company. - Knowledge of Tokenomics: Understanding of token economics and how they apply to IDO projects is a significant advantage. - Blockchain/Cryptocurrency Interest: Familiarity with or a willingness to learn about Initial DEX Offerings (IDOs) and the blockchain industry is desirable. - Communication Excellence: Adept at building rapport, effective negotiation, and persuasive communication, both in written and verbal formats. - Self-Motivation: Highly motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and client outreach. - Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous records.
