Build and maintain customer relationships, continuously track project progress, ensure customer satisfaction; handle customer feedback and complaints, ensure smooth cooperation, and promote customer renewals and additional orders. 4. Collect industry information and customer feedback, reach potential customers through multiple channels, and use market insight and analytical skills to guide customer transactions. 5. Develop and execute sales plans, track sales targets and performance indicators, regularly report sales progress to management, analyze sales data, and adjust sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
1. Understand the Web3 industry, with at least 1 year of relevant Web3 industry experience. 2. Passionate about games, with a strong interest in the gaming industry and understanding of the gaming market and products. 3. Some sales experience, with the ability to independently carry out sales work and achieve sales targets. 4. Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills for business communication. 5. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus, enabling effective communication and collaboration with the Chinese team. 6.
