职位描述

Vietnamese Customer Service越南语客服 1. Responsible for receiving user's consultation and answering user's doubts through online customer service tools; 2. Feedback the problems existing in the use process of users in a timely manner, and do a good job in collecting and sorting out problems; 3. Strong business sensitivity, able to master basic business after receiving training. Financial related knowledge and experience is preferred; 4. Think about daily work, be good at discovering obstacles in user experience, mining user requests, and promoting problem solving and process optimization; 5. Able to work in shifts./Able to work long night shifts (3 shifts per day: 9:00-18:00, 15:00-00:00, 00:00-9:00) - 5 working days/week.

1. Good logical thinking ability, can judge the real needs of users; 2. Passionate about Client Server, responsible for customer experience, and able to provide comprehensive problem solutions; 3. Effectively adjust communication methods and styles according to different objects; 4. Have self-management ability and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing; 5. Have good learning ability, good at discovery and self-summary; 6. Experience in providing support to customers, including telephone, email, ticket, and online chat services; 7. Good at communication, good expression ability, strong affinity, hard-working, good pressure bearing ability; 8. Proficient in Vietnamese, English and Mandarin is at communication level; 9. Preferred Ho Chi Minh City base.
