1. Have experience in business management in other cryptocurrency exchanges or related blockchain companies; 2. Have a good relationship with KOLs and communities in the crypto market; 3. Prefer Iranian/Parkistani native speakers with good English or Mandarin (BIG PLUS) skills; 4. Possess strong communication and sales skills; 5. Prioritize experienced cryptocurrency traders; 6. Work diligently and can handle KPI pressure.
