Job Responsibilities -Partner with business leaders to provide HR support and guidance. -Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. -Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management. -Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers and conducting interviews - mainly on Global Operations, SEO ASO, Paid Ads, Product Manager positions. -Manage HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the Web3 or tech industry. -Bilingual in Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. -Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. -Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. -Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. -Proficiency in HR software -Willing to relocate to Malaysia
