Future/Derivatives Lecturer - Taiwan Region Job Responsibilities: Develop and optimize trading courses, including course materials, scripts, assignments, and Q&A content, in alignment with platform business development. Conduct training sessions and presentations for platform users, including courses and live analysis. Collaborate with the local market team to provide support and assist in achieving goals. Monitor post-training conversion data and continuously optimize the course system. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related fields. Securities or futures qualifications and investment advisory certifications are preferred. Extensive experience in teaching finance-related subjects, with the ability to deliver conversion-oriented courses and pre-recorded lessons. Capable of independently developing and optimizing course materials. Familiarity with common derivatives in international financial markets, such as Forex, commodities, and US stock CFDs. A good understanding of marketing and promotional strategies. Good appearance, persuasive presentation skills, and high energy.
