1、Build and source for liquidity of Products on the Gate.io Platform 2、Onboard retail/institutional trading clients/partners and work alongside a Key Account Manager (KAM) to create successful long-term relationships 3、Drive client acquisition, new user growth, and business development activities 4、Work closely with the product and marketing functions to identify areas of growth and execute growth plans 5、Proactively monitor the competitor landscape and work with the product and marketing teams to iterate the overall strategy
1、Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development role focusing on product and sales 2、Prior experience in a crypto exchange, investment firm, institutional brokerage, or electronic trading firm 3、Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets 4、A resourceful self-starter and tenacious problem-solver, willing to roll up one’s sleeves to meet client needs and improve client experience 5、Passionate about the crypto industry 6、Detail-oriented, results-focused individual who can work with minimal supervision 7、Excellent verbal/ written communication and presentation skills. English is required, Mandarin would be a strong plus
