职位描述

1. 负责Web3项目的海内外社媒/社群平台（X、Facebook、Instagram、Reddit、Youtube、Medium、Discord，Telegram等）营销推广及内容运营策略，并跟进执行落地。 2. 负责制定并执行用户增长战略，通过各种渠道吸引并留住新用户。 3. 能够对竞品、市场以及行业进行有效的分析，并制定相应的运营策略，有网感，能策划热梗，编撰文案，具备独立策划的能力。 4. 管理社群运营，与社区成员互动，维护积极的社区氛围。 5. 参与产品发布和推广，协助团队了解用户需求和市场反馈。 6. 与内部团队协调沟通，确保运营活动与产品发展保持一致。 7. 进行运营数据分析，监测关键指标，提供数据驱动的建议和决策。 1. Responsible for marketing and promoting Web3 projects on domestic and international social media/community platforms (X, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Youtube, Medium, Discord, Telegram, etc.), and executing content operation strategies. 2. Develop and execute user growth strategies to attract and retain new users through various channels. 3. Conduct effective analysis of competitors, markets, and industries, formulate corresponding operational strategies, have a sense of the internet, plan trendy content, draft copies, and possess independent planning capabilities. 4. Manage community operations, interact with community members, and maintain a positive community atmosphere. 5. Participate in product releases and promotions, assist the team in understanding user needs and market feedback. 6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that operational activities are consistent with product development. 7. Perform operational data analysis, monitor key indicators, and provide data-driven suggestions and decisions.

Have experience in Web3 operations, with a strong interest in and understanding of blockchain and emerging technologies. 6. Possess good communication skills, including communication with users, internal team coordination, and communication, and can effectively convey information and coordinate work. 7.
