Manage the public chain product life cycle, including market research, competitive analysis, requirements gathering, product planning, and post-release evaluation. Work with technical teams to ensure product functionality and performance meet technical feasibility and business goals. Design and optimize user interfaces and user experiences to increase user satisfaction and engagement. Develop and execute product launch plans, including internal testing, user feedback collection, and product optimization. Analyze product performance data and make product iterations based on data-driven decisions. Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and rollout plans. Track industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing their impact on products and potential integration opportunities. Manage product budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, engineering or related field. More than 3 years of product experience, preferably those with blockchain public chain or Web3 product experience. Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and smart contracts. Ability to effectively communicate technical needs and solutions with engineers. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across departments. Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
