Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the Web3 community, aligning with our project's goals and brand identity. Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (e.g., posts, graphics, videos) that resonates with the Web3 audience and effectively communicates our project's value proposition. Community Engagement: Build and nurture a vibrant online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and encouraging discussions around our project. Platform Management: Oversee and manage our presence on key social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Telegram and etc) and explore new channels to reach our target audience. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics. Use insights to refine strategies and improve engagement and reach. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all channels. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies within the Web3 space to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective. KOL & Influencer Outreach: Identify, engage, and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers within the Web3 community to amplify our reach and credibility. Crisis Management: Handle potential negative situations or crises on social media swiftly and professionally to protect the project’s reputation.
1⃣ At least 2+ years of experience in social media management for crypto/blockchain/web3 brands. 2⃣ Deep understanding of the crypto market and upcoming trends with a strong passion and belief in what we build. 3⃣ Track record of growing Twitter, and Telegram communities within the crypto space. 4⃣ Ownership mentality, be in charge and take responsibility for your tasks. 5⃣ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English language skill is a must. 6⃣ Strong understanding of social media mechanics to ensure goals are met within preset KPIs. 7⃣ Monitor performance and activities on various social media channels to identify room for improvement. 8⃣ Ability to demystify complex blockchain concepts and make them accessible and appealing to a broader audience. 9⃣ Highly creative, with the ability to create engaging visuals, clever memes, and interactive content.
