- Interfaces. Iterate with product team, design the flow, stress test it and then describe in detail in Notion, record Loom whenever it can help. That’s how our internal shipping process looks. Highly important to have experience working with UI kits/design systems. It’s okay if you detach components sometimes, but no way you don’t use auto-layouts :) - Graphic design. Working with marketing team, boost news and new feature annoucements with cool static and motion (not must, but a big plus) collaterals. Prepare images for the blog, events etc.
- Crypto Knowledge (IDEAL) : Understanding what DeFi is, the difference between DEX and CEX. - Experience: Proven experience as a product designer in startup, preferably crypto/fintech-related. - Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, friendly with describing your designs. - Consistent and creative approach: working within existing design systems and building cool stuff on top of it. - Strong Figma Knowledge: We handle all our UI design work in Figma
