We are hiring Futures BD with local resources in Nigeria, Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, or the Middle East. 1. Develop and manage futures trading channels to achieve monthly performance targets. 2. Recruit agents, brokers, partners, and KOLs within the region to meet performance assessments. 3. Maintain customer relationships, identify user needs, and provide customized services. 4. Analyze market trends, offer decision-making support, and expand regional sales channels. 5. Organize online and offline activities for target users in the regional market to boost user engagement.
1. Must possess local resources in Nigeria, Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, or the Middle East. 2. Have related resources such as agents or KOLs, with over 3 months of experience in a similar role. 3. Strong learning ability, communication skills, and proven expertise in client acquisition and sales techniques. 4. Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong team spirit.
Base salary + high commission
