Who we're looking for: Ecosystem Lead (Overseas Markets, AMER and EMEA) We're seeking a motivated Ecosystem Lead to join our remote-first team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in crypto, a strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, excellent sales and communication skills, and a network in the DeFi space. Key Responsibilities: Identify target markets, segments, and key accounts for prioritization.Set sales goals, objectives, and track progress through OKRs. Represent LSP at international events and drive user and partnership acquisition Collaborate with operations, product, and marketing teams to align sales strategies. Actively prospect clients, partners, and users in the Web3 space. Build a strong pipeline and maintain relationships for long-term satisfaction and retention. Leverage networks in Americas, Europe, and the Middle East for business opportunities.
About You: 3-5 years of experience in BD/partnerships in Web3 sectors. Experience working in remote, diverse teams. Proven experience in achieving targets and driving KPIs Extensive network in the DeFi and crypto space, with a proven track record of working with institutional clients. Strong financial background with a degree from a top-tier school Fluent in English; Chinese or a second language is a plus. In-depth knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem (DeFi, blockchain, NFTs).
