Negotiation and Listing: Communicate with project teams, discuss listing plans, complete negotiations, and facilitate project launches on the exchange. 3. Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Analyze cryptocurrency market trends, optimize listing processes and strategies to ensure the exchange's competitiveness. 4. Relationship Management and Long-term Collaboration: Maintain long-term relationships with project teams, communities, and partners, ensuring mutual growth and success. 5. Cross-department Collaboration: Collaborate with technical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure the smooth completion of the listing process.

Extensive experience in project development, with the ability to quickly identify high-quality projects. Excellent business negotiation and communication skills, adept at building cooperative relationships. Results-oriented, with strong stress tolerance and a collaborative team spirit. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), capable of seamless communication with international teams and project stakeholders. Must have project resources and reside overseas.
