Our product, which incorporates adult toys, tokenomics, and matchmaking, is designed to provide a unique and pleasurable experience for our users. We're looking for a creative and passionate Game Designer to help bring our game mechanics to life. Role Overview: We are seeking a Game Designer to design, implement, and balance key game features for the Eden platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in game design, knowledge of tokenomics, and a strong understanding of decentralized systems, specifically Bera Chain or POL mechanisms. You will play a crucial role in shaping the gameplay experience that integrates both adult entertainment and Web3 elements, from ideation through to execution. Key Responsibilities: Game Mechanics Development: Design and balance core gameplay features, including: Forbidden Fruits: Adult toys as mining machines, where usage time converts to Eden points, which can then be exchanged for Eden tokens. Eden Match: A Tinder-like matching system where users can match and chat with strangers, but with an engaging reward system that deducts points after a successful match. Therapist Booking: A system for users to book video sessions with global therapists in exchange for Eden tokens, ensuring balance in token distribution and user experience. Tokenomics & Economy: Collaborate closely with the team to ensure the in-game economy aligns with Eden’s tokenomics model. This includes balancing the rewards, points system, and ensuring the game design incentivizes user engagement without disrupting the broader token ecosystem. Provide input on how to integrate the use of Eden tokens in the gameplay loops, ensuring smooth functionality and engagement. Understanding of tokenomics, NFTs, and decentralized economies. Experience with game balancing, progression systems, and reward structures. Familiarity with Web3 technologies, particularly Bera Chain or POL mechanisms, is a significant plus. Skills: Strong proficiency in game design principles including user-centric design, monetization, and balancing in a digital economy. Familiarity with tools for game design documentation, flowcharting, and prototype testing. Understanding of blockchain integration within games (such as token-based rewards, in-game assets, and decentralized ecosystems). Soft Skills: Creative, with an eye for crafting fun and engaging experiences. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team. A passion for the adult industry and/or Web3 technologies is a plus!
