What you’ll focus on - Provide strategic advice on Web3 initiatives, emphasizing tokenomics and innovative blockchain solutions. - Manage client relationships and projects through clear communication, effective presentations, and coordinated execution. - Conduct research on Web3 trends, including tokenomics, DeFi, and SocialFi ecosystems, to inform strategies and solutions. - Develop and deliver high-quality content, such as reports, articles, and case studies, aligned with grant objectives and the company’s thought leadership position. - Plan and implement marketing and business development strategies to strengthen the brand’s visibility and influence in the Web3 space. - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved, addressing challenges proactively to maintain progress.
About you - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Blockchain, or related fields. - 1–2 years of experience in Web3 consulting, marketing, research, or business development. - Strong knowledge of tokenomics, blockchain ecosystems, and decentralized technologies. - Exceptional organizational skills and project management capabilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking with clients and presenting ideas. - Creative and analytical mindset, capable of producing impactful, grant-aligned content. - Proficiency in tools such as Notion, discord, and project management software.
