Own and build out a pipeline of Web3 projects, developers, and communities in Southeast Asia and beyond. Connect with decision-makers, technical founders, and developers who need next-level security and compliance for their apps. Work with the team to deliver solutions to potential customers, showing how Civic can meet their identity verification and compliance needs. Create and run outreach campaigns (email, social, direct messages) to generate interest and uncover new opportunities. Lead product demos and discovery calls, showcasing how Civic’s on-chain gating and identity tools make Web3 apps safer and more compliant. Stay on top of emerging trends in blockchain, decentralized identity, and compliance to better serve and advise potential clients. Manage your accounts, opportunities, and sales activities in our CRM, driving deals to close and sharing updates with the broader team. Participate actively in the various blockchain developer communities to highlight the Civic solution and gain traction in each of these ecosystems.
What We’re Looking For: 5-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in Web3 and/or blockchain. A passion for next generation identity solutions, security, and the evolving Web3 space. Great at building relationships with technical and business teams, from developers to project leads. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a global team. A proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to independently drive deals forward. Familiar with tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, Slack, Telegram, Discord and CRM systems (Hubspot or similar). Based in Southeast Asia or Eastern Europe with the ability and willingness to travel for conferences and client events throughout Southeast Asia
