Lead the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of T54’s front-end interfaces. 2. Architect and develop Web3 front-end applications, integrating smart contracts and blockchain transactions with seamless user experiences. 3. Work closely with product and design teams to improve UI/UX for AI-powered financial products. 4. Research and implement cutting-edge front-end technologies to enhance performance, scalability, and security. 5. Participate in project planning, estimate development cycles, and identify risk factors. 6. Collaborate cross-functionally with backend engineers, product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products. 7. Ensure modular, reusable, and maintainable code by adopting best practices in component-based architecture. 8. Optimize front-end performance, including resource loading, network efficiency, and user experience on Web3 applications. 9. Stay up to date with the latest Web3, blockchain, and AI integration technologies.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in front-end development, with 2+ years of Web3 experience. 3. Preferred: Experience with AI-driven UI, payments, or financial industry projects. 4. Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Vue. 5. Deep understanding of front-end performance optimization, modular architecture, and state management (Redux, Zustand, or Vuex). 6. Experience integrating with blockchain technologies, such as Ethers.js, web3.js, or smart contract front-end development. 7. Familiarity with engineering best practices, including component-based UI design, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows. 8. Strong understanding of security risks in front-end applications, including anti-phishing, wallet connections, and transaction signing. 9. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, distributed team environment. 10. Passion for Web3, decentralized finance (DeFi), and AI-powered applications. 11.
