职位描述

Investor Relations Manager *2 投资者关系经理 *2 岗位职责（Job Description）： 1、负责构建基金品牌并且对外输出 IOSG 品牌及价值，提升公司在市场的认可度和关注度； Build the brand and convey its value, increase brand awareness and notability in the market. 2、负责基金海内外合作事宜的沟通对接，维护与外部基金、产业资源合作关系； Network for both domestic and overseas corporations, maintain relationships among other funds and projects. 3、负责项目投后管理工作，与投资经理配合完成IOSG投资组合在海内外的市场发展的建立与检测； Manage post investment, work with investment managers to develop and monitor the market for portfolio companies. 4、负责跟踪、收集、整理国内外同行业业务动态和财务业绩，密切注意与公司有关的政策变化和行业趋势，并定期做出比较和分析报告，提出相关改善建议； Follow up and give updates of the industry, collecting and classifying performance of peer companies, and give improvement recommendations. 5、负责对投资者进行投资者关系维护、信息披露和渠道拓展； Manage LP relationships, information disclosure and client development. 6、完成上级交待的其他工作。 Complete other works assigned by superiors.

职位要求

任职资格（Requirements）： 1、全日制本科以上（硕士、海外教育背景优先，金融、新媒体、公共关系专业优先），英语听说读写流利； Bachelor's degree and above, Master and study abroad preferred. Majoring in Finance, New Media, Public Relations preferred. Fluent in English and excellent in writing. 2、对创业基金或金融行业有兴趣、热情； Engaged in Venture Capital Fund or finance. 3、熟练使用海内外媒体平台等对外披露工具； Familiar with domestic and foreign media platforms. 4、了解金融科技、区块链等行业； Familiar with Financial technology, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency. 5、气质良好，举止得体，具有优秀的表达沟通能力、学习抗压能力、执行能力以及时间管理能力和社交能力。 Good temperament, excellent communication and good team collaboration, interpersonal skills, also with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
