Technical Recruitment and Onboarding Key Accountabilities Creating policies and handbooks that detail company recruitment operations Following the recruitment process end to end. From the opening the PRF to the first day of joining Research all the available sources for proper, excellent candidates to join the organization. Conduct the first screening and, if appropriate, follow the internal process for interviews and assessment Emailing new hires with details about the company, including parking information, work schedules, and dress codes Welcoming new hires with prepared onboarding kits and an office tour Introducing new hires to their team members Providing new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed Detailing all new hires initial tasks and answering any queries Ensuring new hires have the necessary technical assistance to set up their hardware and software Gathering and filing all paperwork related to new hires, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements Arranging product and company demos and presentations Stablish frequent communication via phone, in person, and email to deliver a consistent message to new employees, while also coordinating required new employee paperwork, computer equipment orders and subsequent follow up to ensure quality of deliverables Framework, Boundaries of Work, Authority & Decision Making The position works within the Organizational Chart boundaries. Other positions need to be approved by CPO/CEO The position has the authority to filter candidates and do the full research until the selected ones are sent to the organization for interviews The position has the authority to propose and negotiate on behalf of the company the required salary and other benefits, The position must develop and implement the onboarding procedures according to the company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications A bachelor's or associate degree in human resources management or a related field Minimum Experience Experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR role Experience with HR standard software, such as IRIS and MS Office Experience with ATS and resume databases Hard Skills Good working knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation Native English preferable, any other language would be a bonus Soft Skills The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding communication and organizational skills as well as a high attention to detail An open and welcoming personality, you’re someone upbeat and positive to be around A mindset of ‘employees are our customers’ Experience in leading and facilitating training sessions and enjoy educating A creative mindset and a hands-on mentality A team player who enjoys getting on with people from a multitude of backgrounds
