Is proficient in technical setup, integration, and troubleshooting of VFX in Unreal Engine. Is Proficient in Photoshop, Maya, in-engine FX systems, or other software. Creates VFX in various ways, using different approaches: 3D, particle systems, physics, ribbons, simulations, flip books, etc. Creates realistic timelines for their team and consistently meets deadlines with high quality work. Has previously shipped software as a VFX artist. Has experience authoring custom materials and graphics shaders. Can manage, motivate, and mentor others. Has excellent communication skills. Leads with empathy.
Passion for games, particularly MMOs and/or RPGs. Skills in other related disciplines, like illustration, modeling, animation, or technical art. Experience with Agile
